The GY6 Tactical Riot Helmet is made to be the tough impact lightweight protection required by response teams today. The protective shell is a modified reinforced polycarbonate with a dull finish to retard light reflection. It provides resistance to heat, cold, acid and meets or exceeds the NIJ 0104.02 (Riot) standard. A snap on padded nape that is fire and impact resistant protects the neck when needed.

 

The detachable polycarbonate face shield protects the officers’ face and eyes with 93% transmittance and a molded seal prevents liquids from seeping into the eyes. Available in standard form or gas mask compatible.

 

The airflow suspension system has a 12 mm EVA anti-impact padding with a liner that is moisture wicking antimicrobial fabric. The fully adjustable four point military style retention system prevents slippage with a quick release chin strap for donning and doffing.
